The Environment Agency issued dozens of flood warning for the South West.Trafalgar Way, Axminster, and nearby farmland was flooded on Monday afternoon. Fire crews were called to trouble spots across East Devon to assist with clearing water from properties. Emergency services also worked to prevent accidents.
