Honiton residents urged to take part in free scheme.

HONITON Library has been the focal point of a drive to promote an innovative life-saving scheme.

The free Message in a Bottle is available from Honiton and District Lions Club.

Bottles allow people to keep their basic personal and medical details in a common place, the fridge, where they can easily be found in an emergency.

Stickers alert people to the existence of the bottle and where it is kept.

Further information is available from the Lions on (01404) 41831.
