A THIEF has been stealing pints of milk from doorsteps in the Heathfield/Batthishorne Way area of Honiton.Three members of the same family fell victim last Friday morning. "We know the milk was stolen, because our empty bottles had been collected," said one victim.Some victims have had milk stolen on five or six occasions.A victim, who reported the thefts to police, was told only Dairy Crest could make a complaint, because the missing milk had yet to be paid for and was, therefore, still technically owned by the dairy company.
