Mites blamed for bee deaths

AN Axmouth woman is concerned over the number of dead bees she has found in her home.

AN Axmouth woman is concerned over the number of dead bees she has found in her home.Pat Trezise believes mites are the cause, and has been saddened by the slow death of the bees.She said: "The mites live on the bees and to see the effects is very sad. It's a very big shame, but I don't know if anything can be done."And a loss of bees would affect all the crops - nothing would be fertile.
