Money Makers putting on an afternoon of Easter fun in Feniton

PUBLISHED: 18:30 06 March 2016

The Money Makers after-school club at Feniton Primary School is busy again organising its next event to raise money for their school.

The group is putting on an Easter fun afternoon on Sunday, March 20, between 2pm and 4pm, at Feniton Primary School.

The free event is welcoming any local families, and will put on a variety of activities to suit all ages.

There will be the chance to visit the Easter Bunny in his magical warren, jump around on bouncy castles and other inflatables, take part in egg throwing competitions and egg and spoon races.

A range of Easter crafts will also be on offer, including tattoos, nail painting and face painting.

A fun ‘retrieve the flag’ mission will be held, where participants have to race against the clock to retrieve the flag while dodging foam missiles by hiding behind toppling towers.

Lisa Pollen, who runs Money Makers, said: “Please come along for a fantastic Easter fun-packed afternoon.

“Hopefully, it will be a lovely sunny day but all the activities will be taking place inside if the weather lets us down, so rain or shine, we will have a good time.”

Money Makers is run by the Enrichment Club - a care club which gives children the opportunity to get stuck into a range of enrichment projects that will inspire them and bring learning to life through fun and real life investigation.
