MP Neil Parish is to sit on a panel to carry out a commission into special education reforms.
Honiton MP Neil Parish is to take part in an examination of special education needs.
He is one of 12 members of parliament who have been invited by the All Party Group for Autism to sit on a panel carrying out a commission into education reforms.
The Government has a greenpaper putting forward a new approach to special educational needs and disabilities, which sets out proposed changes to the support available for children and young people with special educational needs in England.
The panel has already heard from young people with autism - hearing first-hand the challenges faced by them.
