MARINER'S Hotel in Lyme Regis has secured the services of a new chef, Richard Reddaway.Richard has moved from The Masons Arms in Branscombe, where his culinary skills as head chef earned the pub top spot in The Times' 10 gourmet hotels in the British Isles and The Good Pub Guide's Devon Dining Pub of the Year."This is a fantastic opportunity for me to get back to the basics of providing outstanding, locally sourced and freshly prepared food, including some new signature dishes," said Richard.
