THE New Dolphin Hotel in Honiton is set to re-open if current negotiations with a potential new leaseholder are successful.

THE New Dolphin Hotel in Honiton is set to re-open - if current negotiations with a potential new leaseholder are successful.The town centre venue has been boarded up for months, prompting complaints from residents and traders. But Punch Taverns, who own the building, are confident progress is being made."We are currently in negotiations with a potential recruit, so very hopeful that we will have a new licensee to run the New Dolphin soon," said a spokesperson."We will then be working closely with the individual to help them build a successful, sustainable business that serves the local community well.
