A NEED for a new hall has been identified, deputy mayor Councillor Vivienne Ash assured members of Honiton Town Council's policy committee. She said surveys had been carried out and that the public had been consulted. Detailed financial plans had also been drawn up."At the end of the day, I think people are more important than cars," she said, referring to the loss of parking spaces on the development site.
