New homes for wildlife at Honiton gallery

Children helped to create a ‘mini-beast mansion’ in Honiton-based Thelma Hulbert Gallery’s (THG)new garden.

They also worked with East Devon District Council (EDDC) countryside ranger Penny Evans to make bug boxes to take home.

They enjoyed using hand drills and cordless drills, sawing with hacksaws and bow saws and bundling twigs and bamboo to create spaces for bugs to live in.
