Eight homes in a Seaton development will now feature conservatories after an amendment to an application was rubber stamped by district planners.
Members of East Devon’s development management committee recently signed off on new details relating to an already-approved reserved matters application for 36 homes at Rowan Drive.
The amendment, proposed by developer Baker Estates, related to plots 21 to 28.
The finished development will include a range of houses, bungalows and chalet bungalows, including nine affordable homes.
Properties will range from two to four-bedrooms in size, with one-bedroom flats also available.
Most of the homes will include off-street parking and spacious gardens, while a landscaped area, equipped with play area, will create a green space for residents to enjoy.
The properties will be built using a subtle red brick with timber cladding, and some render panelling.
It will have its own unique identity whilst being a true part of Seaton, say developers.
