Honiton traders will have to sponsor their own displays.
SHOPKEEPERS in Honiton will have to decide on an individual basis if they want to sponsor hanging baskets in the town centre this year.
That is the view of Honiton and District Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
It has been asked to sponsor the floral displays by Honiton Town Council.
Members of the chambers executive board agreed at a meeting last week that there was no money in the kitty for such an undertaking.
