HONITON Town Council has deferred a discussion on traffic problems in Dowell Street. Councillors had been due to agree an action plan to resolve the issues at their December meeting.

HONITON Town Council has deferred a discussion on traffic problems in Dowell Street.

Councillors had been due to agree an action plan to resolve the issues at their December meeting.

However, the discussion was postponed because Councillor Ron Farnham, who asked for the matter to go on the agenda, was unable to attend the meeting.
