A RATIONALISATION panel is exploring ways of delivering East Devon District Council services in a more effective way, town and district councillor Vivienne Ash has revealed.
Addressing the April meeting of Honiton Town Council, she said: "The critical thing is getting a balanced budget for 2011/12.
"It is not just about cuts, but looking at how we can deliver services in a more effective way.
