NUNSFORD Nutters Carnival Club, of Colyton, has given £200 to the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.

Club chairman Kevin Woodley presented the cheque to Don Hansford from the air ambulance trust on Saturday, February 6.

Nutters' member Linda Carter said the club had donated some of its winnings from 2009 carnivals and hoped to raise more money for the charity in future.

She said: "It's a local organisation and we may need to use them one day as well. They do great work."

Nunsford Nutters took the comedy class by storm during last year's carnival season with Nutters Clean Up.
