A BIG Lottery funded mobile Play Scheme will be visiting East Devon villages this summer.

The Off the Sofa Dayz will enable young people aged 7 to 15 to learn arts and crafts, circus skills and face painting.

East Devon District Council's play workers Jane Sharp and Polly Mercer have been working to with volunteers from all over the district to get the scheme up and running.

The programme over the summer holidays, which will run from 10am to 4pm, is

* Uplyme Village Hall, from July 31 to August 1.

* Upottery Village Hall, from July 31 to August 1.

* Aylesbeare Village Hall, August 7 and 8.

* Upton Pyne Village Hall, August 7 and 8.

* Payhembury Village Hall, August 14 and 15.

* Newton Poppleford, The Pavillion, August 14 and 15.

* Branscombe Village Hall, August 28 and 29.
