Offwell triumphs in Best Kept Village contest

OFFWELL has won the Past Winners category in the Best Kept Village contest, sponsored by Mole Valley Farmers and organised by the Devon branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England.

OFFWELL has won the Past Winners category in the Best Kept Village contest, sponsored by Mole Valley Farmers and organised by the Devon branch of the Campaign to Protect Rural England.Tim Hale, the CPRE's Devon chairman, presented the award to Offwell Parish Council and villagers during a presentation in the village hall on Monday night.
