THREE men have appeared in court accused of a public order offence in Honiton.
James Alexander Smith, 24, Richard Andrew Smith, 22, and Andrew Neil Heginbotham, 22, all from Ottery St Mary, pleaded not guilty to using or threatening unlawful violence in the town on December 4 of last year.
Richard Smith, of Slade Close, also denied damaging a door panel to the value of �235 belonging to Stead and Simpson.
James Smith, of Mill Street, Heginbotham, of Broad Street, and Richard Smith, all elected to be tried at Crown Court.
They were released on unconditional bail and are due to return to court on March 1.
