EAST Devon District Council has been blasted by traders' leaders for not taking the lead in reducing car parking charges.A spokesman for the Association of East Devon Chambers told the Herald: "It is disgraceful that the chamber of commerce has to even consider lobbying the district council on car parking issues yet again."We shouldn't have to force them, the way the condition of the economy is at the moment.
