A CHARITY for people with learning disabilities is holding its first Parliament Day on Saturday, March 28 at The British Legion in Honiton.Devon Link-Up holds Parliament workshops, which supports people with learning disabilities and helps speak-up for them.The aim is to improve communication between people that have a learning disability and the professionals, to lead to better services.The event runs from 10am to 3pm.
