Party in Musbury raises charity cash

Racing ferrets and a curry supper were the focus of Musbury Garden Club’s Christmas party, which raised £335 for Hospiscare.

Five races were run, starring ferrets from Kingston Maurward College, near Dorchester.

Prizes for the winning punters were sponsored by local businesses, including Musbury Spar, Reflections, Axminster Tools, Mole Avon, Trill Farm and Groves Nursery.
