NOW that the town council has control of Honiton's ancient street market, members of the Northcote Lane Area Residents' Association thinks the authority should pay attention to the look of town centre.Members agreed at a recent meeting that the town should be kept clean "at all costs".Residents complained about graffiti, weeds, blocked drains and cigarette butts.
