UP to 70 young people were behaving anti-socially - with some drinking under age - on a beach in Lyme Regis last week, police have reported. PCSO Martin Case says mess was left across the beach, much of which was picked up after he asked. A lot of alcohol was also seized from under 18s. Mr Martin said: "I would like to reassure residents that this has been dealt with by police. Anti-social behaviour, such as under 18s drinking alcohol, will not be tolerated. "We are also actively enforcing it by means of £80 fixed penalties to persons supplying under-18s with alcohol.
