Now people are calling for the link to 'Devon and Cornwall paedophiles in our community' to be put back on line.
And a Facebook group has been created saying creator Chris Wittwer should be given an OBE.
Mr Wittwer completed a database of 6,000 sex offenders and paedophiles across Britain - including names and photographs.
He said he wanted to expose and monitor the people who 'prey on our kids'.
