Workers gain vocational qualifications
A number of Axminster Carpets employees have achieved the City and Guilds/NVQ level two in performing manufacturing operations.
Alison Parker, HR advisor at the factory, said they never underestimate the importance of continually improving skills across the company, adding: “These qualifications come hot on the heels of a number of our project managers completing their Prince 2 qualifications in project management.
“We continually encourage colleagues to acquire new skills to share throughout the office. We are extremely proud of all our employees in completing the course.”
