An application for an all-weather pitch and multi-use games area at Honiton Community has been temporarily withdrawn.

An application for an all-weather sports pitch, new changing rooms and a multi-use games area (MUGA) at Honiton Community College has been temporarily withdrawn.

The plan has been withdrawn to allow for a meeting to take place with Sport England and other sporting associations, including the Football Association (FA) and Rugby Football Union (RFU).

The director of finance at the college, Gary Wills, said the meeting will also include local sports representatives.
