THE Highways Agency has already drawn up preliminary plans for improvements to Turk's Head junction in Honiton.

THE Highways Agency has already drawn up preliminary plans for improvements to Turk's Head junction in Honiton.Aldi, which has won planning permission for a new store on the site of Slade's Countrywise, which is located at the junction, is to contribute towards the cost of improvement work.Honiton Town Council has been sent a drawing of the draft design and councillors were due to discuss the plan at a meeting last night (Tuesday).
