THE Highways Agency has already drawn up preliminary plans for improvements to Turk's Head junction in Honiton.Aldi, which has won planning permission for a new store on the site of Slade's Countrywise, which is located at the junction, is to contribute towards the cost of improvement work.Honiton Town Council has been sent a drawing of the draft design and councillors were due to discuss the plan at a meeting last night (Tuesday).
