Deadline for comments is January 12.
Honiton Town Council has submitted a planning application to East Devon District Council for the development of a community centre building and associated parking on land in Dowell Street.
The application was received and validated at Knowle on Thursday last week.
Comments on the proposal are invited up until January 12
