Plans have been submitted to transform an agricultural holding on the outskirts of Honiton into a dog walking and exercise area.
Mrs J Lake is behind the application for the change of use of Golden Cleave - a 30 hectare holding in Sheldon, near Dunkeswell.
In her application, Mrs Lake said: “There is a growing need for secure stress-free dog walking areas for animals with behaviourial problems.
“This includes anti-social, aggressive, timid and poor re-call issues where mixing with the general public and socialised dogs is not practical or safe.”

Mrs Lake said demand for the proposed facility is ‘like to increase’ in light of the planned expansion of Honiton and Cullompton.
The area will also offer a cold water shower tap and bins.
