A change of use application has been submitted for 3 Dolphin Court.

Plans have been unveiled to transform a former antiques shop into a tearoom.

Applicant Emily King wants to convert 3 Dolphin Court, which offers around 783ft of space.

She has submitted a change of use application to East Devon District Council.

The plans will be decided by the council’s development management committee at a future meeting.
