Male was walking a dog in High Street when incident occurred last Wednesday.
POLICE in Honiton are keen to find a man who was grabbed by another male in High Street.
The person they want to speak to was walking a dog at around 7pm on Wednesday, October 13.
“We would like to speak with the male who was grabbed about and we would also like to speak to anybody who may have witnessed this incident, especially a male riding his pedal cycle past the incident at the time,” said a police spokesman.
