PCSO Sue Rowe says two males were seen running from New Street car park between 10.15am and 10.30am on Wednesday, February 11. It was subsequently discovered that a wall at Fairfield House, occupied by social services staff, had been defaced.
The following day graffiti was sprayed on another side wall in New Street.
Iceland has fallen victim to vandals before it has even opened in Honiton.
