POLICE enquiries are continuing into a collision which killed a 22-year-old Feniton man.

Adam Hawkins was killed on Saturday, December 22 when his silver coloured Peugeot 206 motor car collided with the outside wall of the Halfway Inn pub in Aylesbeare.

Police have been making house to house enquiries in the area and are still keen to find the driver of a dark coloured estate or MPV, which was overtaken by Mr Hawkin's car just before the incident.

It is believed probable that the driver of the dark coloured car is local to East Devon.

Investigators are keen to stress that occupants of this car are potentially important witnesses and are appealing for them to come forward as their accounts will help to piece together how this incident happened.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 08452 777 444, quoting log number 935 201208.
