The body of a man was found on land in Upottery, near Honiton yesterday (Sunday, June 27), Devon and Cornwall Police have announced today.
His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
Formal identification is due to take place.
Police have been searching the Upottery area after 62-year-old resident Roy Hart went missing on Monday, June 21.
The family of Roy Hart have been made aware.
