Police raid finds drugs, Lyme Regis

TWO people have been charged with possession of cannabis following a raid at a an address in Lyme Regis.

TWO people have been charged with possession of cannabis following a raid at a an address in Lyme Regis.

Police entered the property in North Avenue yesterday (Monday, December 7) and seized various items as evidence.

Pc Richard Winward said: "We are working hard to tackle drug offences - and executing warrants at addresses, and stop and searches on the street, are tools we are using with a great deal of success."

A 25-year-old and 17-year-old male were bailed to Weymouth Magistrates' Court on January 5, 2010.
