POLICE are seeking the driver of a van who fled the scene following a road traffic collision.
POLICE are seeking the driver of a van who fled the scene following a road traffic collision.
The A358 near Chard was closed off yesterday (April 29) following a collision between Ford Escort van and a tanker - due to oil spillage at Two Ash Hill.
Witnesses saw a man leave the scene and police believe he may be linked to thefts in the area.
The incident happened at around 7.15am and the road was closed for over six hours for the area to be cleaned up.

Police said there had been a report of an aggravated taking of a Ford Escort Van from Chardstock overnight on Wednesday, April 28.
