Wanted youth arrested on suspicion of causing criminal damage
A 16-year-old youth, wanted in connection with an alleged case of criminal damage, was arrested following a big police operation in Axminster this morning (Friday).
Officers in cars and a van sped to the King Edward Road and Tesco areas after a member of the public called to report seeing the suspect.
A police spokesman said a search for the young man had been launched after an alleged case of criminal damage at a property in Lear Lane, Axminster, on Thursday night.
