SEATON police carried out test purchases of alcohol in the area on Friday, February 5.

SEATON police carried out test purchases of alcohol in the area on Friday, February 5.

But all off-licenses in Seaton, Beer and Colyton refused to sell alcohol to underage youths.

Sergeant Richard Stonecliffe said: "We are very pleased with the outcome on the latest operation. When we last conducted this activity in autumn, two off-licenses sold alcohol to underage people and received a fixed penalty notice for £80.
