Police are warning hairdressers to be vigilant following reports of a scam.

Police are warning hairdressers to be vigilant following reports of a scam.

A man has been calling at salons where he has been charging £15 to sharpen a pair of scissors.

The police have received complaints that the work isn't being completed or that the scissors are being ruined.

If someone calls at your establishment, check with the company he claims to work for before you part with any money or equipment.
