AXMINSTER has recently been hit by a spate of diesel thefts from cars - and police fear it will be a continuing trend.Diesel was siphoned from three vehicles, including a lorry that had £120 worth of fuel taken. Sergeant Dave Sheldrake said, with the rising cost of fuel, it was likely this would be an on-going problem."I would advise people to get a lock on their fuel cap - it's worth investing in," he said. "Alternatively, they can get devices that prevent siphoning."WHAT do you think about the rising cost of fuel? Tell your Herald.
