AXMINSTER police reported no incidents of disorder involving Hallowe'en celebrations on Friday. Officers even joined in the fun, wearing Dracula wigs and handing out sweets to reward young people's good behaviour. Sergeant David Sheldrake said: "It was all about responsible fun. I would particularly like to thank the responsible parents who went out with their children 'trick or treating' this year. It makes such a difference. "Although extra police resources were on duty for the evening, they weren't really needed and everyone seemed in a good mood.
