Polish man dies at Seaton

A POLISH man was killed when he fell from the cliffs near Beer Hill in Seaton yesterday (April 12). Police, ambulance and coastguards were called out at 2.45pm and the 39-year-old, who fell 300ft near to Seaton Beach, was pronounced dead at the scene. T

A POLISH man was killed when he fell from the cliffs near Beer Hill in Seaton yesterday (April 12).

Police, ambulance and coastguards were called out at 2.45pm and the 39-year-old, who fell 300ft near to Seaton Beach, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The man is believed to have been travelling with a group of other Poles. His death is thought to be a tragic accident at this time and there are no apparent suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.

Next of kin in Poland have yet to be informed.
