A couple, well known for their diligent work for good causes, have just celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary.
Alan and Sue Kennedy, of Lyme Regis, will mark the milestone with a Norwegian cruise in November. The genial duo, who retired to Lyme 25 years ago, are dedicated members of the parish church, Sue serving on the parochial church council and as a prominent fundraiser for the Lyme branch of Save the Children. Alan is a former brewery sales director, a Freemason and member of the local Monmouth Club.
