HUNDREDS of pounds worth of property has been taken from Chardstock Post Office today (Wednesday, September 1).
Police said the burglary took place at 1am and are appealing for witnesses.
Chardstock Stores and Post Office is a family business, run by Philip and Teresa Leonard.
Anyone with information can call police, quoting crime reference KA/10/467.
