AXMINSTER Town Council has criticised Devon Primary Care Trust over lack of communication over the temporary loss of in-patient beds at the town's hospital.

AXMINSTER Town Council has criticised Devon Primary Care Trust over lack of communication over the temporary loss of in-patient beds at the town's hospital. "I deplore the inability of the PCT to communicate in time for people to make reasonable arrangements," said mayor Graham Godbeer.
