TOWN and district councillor Peter Halse walked out of a Honiton Town Council meeting last night in a one-man protest over improvement plans for the A35.
TOWN and district councillor Peter Halse walked out of a Honiton Town Council meeting last night in a one-man protest over improvement plans for the A35.
Mr Halse did not believe the proposals went far enough to address serious safety concerns at the mini roundabout at the junction of Kings Road and Monkton Road.
