Public consultation under way over community centre plan

A KITCHEN and bar, changing rooms and a new Tourist Information Centre point will all be included, along with a new council chamber, when the Beehive Community Centre is built.

A KITCHEN and bar, changing rooms and a new Tourist Information Centre point will all be included, along with a new council chamber, when the Beehive Community Centre is built.

Accommodation for Honiton Town Council will be on the first floor. A lift is included in the plans.

A cafe/bar will operate on the ground floor and retractable seating will be used in the multi-purpose community hall.

You can view the plans at the town council offices in New Street, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 1pm.

YOU can view the plans between 6pm to 8pm today (Wednesday), tomorrow and on March 2, 4, 9, 11 and 15.
