POLICE are appealing for witnesses after public toilets on the Esplanade in Seaton were vandalised.

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after public toilets on the Esplanade in Seaton were vandalised.

The incident happened over the weekend of November 14, and police said two or three youths are believed to have been involved, and one was wearing a white hooded top.
