Traffic is now flowing smoothly in Honiton’s high street after a collision caused long queues.
Police say the road was partially blocked as a result of the incident, which occured at 2.07pm.
The collision happened near the junction to Dowell Street.
The scene has now been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
